Zonal HR Manager

Urgently hiring for Zonal HR Manager for a reputed Housing Finance NBFC in Bangalore. The position reports to Head of HR and would be responsible to manage states of Karnataka, AP and Telangana.

Job responsibilities would include :

- Single point of contact for all HR deliverables in the zone, Stakeholder management of ZBH and Zonal Function Heads

- Employee life cycle management to provide excellent employee experience from on boarding till exit management

- Talent acquisition for zonal vacancies thru direct as well as social media and partner channels

- Attrition and talent retention - HRIS - Reviews - Cost and productivity tracking

- Employee engagement thru planned and regular events and activities as per calendar

- Learning & Development plan and delivery to employees in the zone
