Position : Zonal HR Lead (North ) Team Size : 2 members Location : Delhi Role : Partnering with the Business Leaders and the Functions for Segmenting, Developing, and Engaging the Talent Pool 1. Talent Acquisition : Recruitment and selection, conduct goal setting and performance management, drive development &amp; productivity, engagement and recognition initiatives, and ensure resolution of people issues. 2. Employee Engagement : Plan and drive implementation of initiatives for culture building, arranging and planning for rewards and recognition programs for employees. Track effectiveness of initiatives undertaken, to build employee connect, understand the pulse of the business and develop engagement programs accordingly. 3. Employee Communication : Drive focused communication at all levels and platforms 4. Performance Management System : - Conduct Manager Workshops to train them on the detailed system of evaluating performance - Organize awareness sessions for employees on the whole process - Ensure completion of exercise in compliance with the organizational process and timelines
