Scope - Manage entire HR functions across 4/5 Northern States and 25 product lines.
Job Summary:
You will play a critical role in overseeing and executing human resources functions within the designated region. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, strategies, and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Conduct onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and use the data to drive improvement in employee engagement.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and create an inclusive culture.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Advise and support managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing performance improvement plans.
Talent Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs for employees.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Compliance Management and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
HR Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to address organizational challenges and support business initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience of 17/18 years in HR management, preferably in the FMEG/FMCG or consumer electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
