Location - Kolkata
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle and ensuring adherence to the process
- Leading and managing the implementation of robust Employee Value Proposition, Talent Management and Performance Management processes to drive people first agenda and creating a great place to work
- Strategizing and implementing end-to-end performance management for employees across the units and managing appraisal process with teams
- Serving as a strategic Business Partner to Business Heads and senior HR management; providing guidance on how to best drive employee engagement and productivity
- Designing and implementing R&R plan to drive a Culture of Appreciation, Risk Taking, Courage and Competitivenes
- Stakeholder Management- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units, consult with line management and provide HR guidance
- Assisting the TA team in manpower planning & rationalization, forecasting & budgeting, talent acquisition through various channels
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
- Adherence to statutory policies and company policies
Requirement :
- 10-15 years of experience as HRBP/ HR Generalist experience in Retail, Pharma, Insurance. Banking, FMCG ONLY
- Should have managed atleast 1500-1800 employee count
- FULL TIME MBA from reputed Management school. Distance learning education will not be considered.
- Excellent communication and experience in managing team and stakeholders
