About Client : A reputed health insurance company having PAN India presence
Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Will create the strategy for manpower planning, forecasting and will be planning and executing the success planning roadmaps for the function.
- Talent Acquisition: Leading the talent acquisition across verticals and managing the complete recruitment life cycle
- HR Operations: Ensuring seamless implementation of HR activities, preparing dashboards, solving HR operational issues, conducting exit interviews and sharing the feedback with functional heads for managing attrition.
- Training & Development: Coordinating with corporate training team for conducting training programs
- Performance Management: Monitoring end to end goal setting, performance review, and feedback process and assisting the corporate PMS team in formulating KRA for all verticals.
- Employee Engagement: Strategizing, Planning and Executing employee engagement programs
- Mandatory : Sales HR experience is mandatory, should have bulk hiring experience and have managed end to end HR generalist activities.
Experience: 6 + years
- Education : Regular degree in MBA in HR from Tier1 or Tier 2 colleges or reputed colleges
- Industry : BFSI/Indurance/NBFCS/Sales driven organization.
