Job Summary:
As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the region, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development to enhance our workforce and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional leadership to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance management systems to foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and support the design and delivery of development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations while promoting best practices in HR management.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics to assess workforce trends, make data-driven decisions, and recommend improvements to HR practices.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
- Experience in leading change initiatives and driving employee engagement programs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
