We are hiring for an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align the various HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
The Duties of the Zonal HRBP position will include :
- Aligning staff to business objectives through an effective Performance Management System
- Developing a competency matrix
- Determine the frameworks purpose
- Gather information
- Construct the framework
- Implement the framework
- Day-to-day administrative functions: such as preparing workplace policies, recruiting and processing new employees, and handling benefits administration and other workplace functions.
- Planning strategic HR initiatives
- Supporting employee development
- Communicating role expectations
- Dovetailing training interventions for employee development plans
- Updating policies and practices
- Designing succession plans
- Maintaining staff relations, and
- Overseeing wellness
In addition, the person must be able to apply analytics knowledge to execute business decisions
