Job Purpose:-
Is to inspire and influence direct team mates as well as stake holders to feel positive about the company to remain motivated for higher productivity, to ensure employees' acts and activities are compliant to the processes and policies
Key Responsibilities:-
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Motivation, Mentoring, Handholding and nurturing of Team Members
- Inspiring and influencing stake holders present in the branches
- Speed and execution, result orientation
- Collaboration, Strategic Orientation
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning and execute hiring
- Resolution of complaints / grievances of Employees, drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan
- Appropriate staffing level is maintained in Region(s) at all times PMS in terms of goal setting , probation confirmation and annual appraisals are done as per timelines Talent Development in collaboration with L&D Team,
- Timely and accurate MIS to all stakeholders
- Effective networking with business and other functions state level leadership to further organizational agenda
- Defined engagement or HR related activities are properly executed / implemented
- Mandatory branch visits for Employee Connect
- Training Need Identification based on branch visits in terms of Functional and Soft Skills and ensuring the training delivery as per schedule
- Attrition and retention
- Ensure all Compliance
- Conflict resolution
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: MBA / PGDBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR
Experience: 8 to 12 Years out of which at least 2 years in a manager role.
Functional Competencies
- Should have managed a team of 2-4 (HR / Recruitment)
- Has good knowledge on Statutory compliances
- HR Experience in Bank, Finance, NBFC preferred
- Should have handled Third Party Recruitments, Recruitment through Job sites and importantly should have good hand on Recruitment through Social Networking.
- Should be able to create balance between Top Management and Functional / Non Functional people
Behavioral Competencies:
