Job Role:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Organization
- Developing the HR agenda.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Strategic Talent Management and end to end sourcing.
- Developing cost effective, efficient and innovative solutions for recruitments to maximize cost benefits
- Ensuring a robust talent pipeline to meet the future needs of the functions.
- Ensuring all employee relations concerns are dealt with promptly, in line with relevant policies.
- Acting as a change agent in driving specific change initiatives with key stakeholders and wider teams
Our Ideal Candidate:
- MBA with 12- 14 years of experience
- Significant experience of being an HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of financial services
- Strong understanding of business function
