JD :

- To acquire new trade business and manage the existing portfolio of the region. Candidate should have rich experience in Trade product. Should have experience of team handling in the past.

- Master of Product Knowledge in Trade & Forex Documentation, Business Development, Portfolio Management, Client Servicing, and Advisory Services with astute sense of Public Relation.

- Possess incisive banking acumen, organizational abilities, presentation skill, in-depth knowledge of all the company products.

- Recruitment, training, inducting, handholding the team members to enable & align them towards organizational goals.

- Ensuring mapped resources and branches are income targets are overachieved.

- NTB through branch channel and team.

- Regular track and control on compliance.

- NTB onboarding through strict enhanced due diligence by way of proper SVR, business conduct, overseas party checks etc.

- Formulation & execution of business development strategies to enhance & grow business in the region.

- Organize various events in Industrial Associations, CA firms for enhancing Brand Visualization and generating bulk leads for Business Development.
