Job Title: Zonal Head - Supply Chain Finance [SCF], North [Non Auto Segment]

Job Description:

- Developing the Non Auto SCF programs in line with Banks Strategy and Overall Market competition through a team of SCF RMs

- Develop the working capital business from SCF clients

- Review existing processes and lay down new modified processes to enable superior customer satisfaction

- To meet the targets in line with Bank's strategy for Anchor Limits Setup

- To actively manage existing Anchor Program Relationships on Vendor as well as Dealer side for further penetration

- To meet the targets in line with Banks strategy for Dealer / Vendor NTB Limits Setup and Value of Disbursements

- Ensuring higher conversion of dealer vendor cases in each Anchor

- Ensuring enough lead generation for dealer vendor cases on a PAN India basis to ensure productivity of dedicated SCF resources

- Work closely with BUs, Risk, CAD, Audit and Compliance to address portfolio related issues

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of Channel Finance & Vendor Finance product and facility

- Smart and aggressive candidate from Business Relationship Management background (someone who has managed relationships with Corporate Clients including new client acquisition)

- Knowledge of core banking systems and processes will be an added advantage

- Should have flair for Business Development

- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills

- Strong Decision making ability

- Ability to manage complex client situations

- Good in communication as this profile would involve frequent meetings/interaction with clients across BU's (Business Banking to SME to Mid Market Clients) and internal follow ups for business generation & conversion.
