- Heading entire zone for strategic alliances and driving existing business through Co-operative banks,credit societies, RRBs& DCCB(Acquisition & Sales)
- Building a good foot hold in entire zone for Co-operative banks, credit societies,RRBs, & DCCB.
- Handling existing relationship with rural Co Operative banks, designing the road map for bank for general insurance sales with profitable combined ratio.
- Hunting the group deals in PA, JPA with co Operative banks, RRB,DCCB& credit society segments.
- Heading the team and achieving targets.
- Customer handling, manpower planning, driving sales through banks.
- Responsible for driving the business through new tie-ups and existing tie-ups.
- Responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and promoting programmes that will contribute to the GI business growth.
- The role sees full responsibility and accountability for the relationship management, business development and business performance planning and management for insurance products
- Ensure effective implantation of processes.
- Adherence to internal process and external regulations.
