About our Client - Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Consumer, Commercial and Corporate Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Commercial Banking professionals for their SME segment.
Job Description - As the Zonal Head - South - Commercial Banking for the SME & Mid Market Segment, you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Banking and will be responsible for:
- Heading the Commercial Banking division for the SME & Mid Market Segment for the south Zone
- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
- Adding value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
- Maintaining CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business
- Managing the relationship with the customers by growing the book size
- Managing trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the company
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with at least 17 years of experience in Commercial Banking across both Liabilities and Assets for the SME & Mid Market segments. Additionally, you would have sound Product knowledge for SME banking. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
