Job Description - Reporting to Head - Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will Plan and implement business development plans in line with business objectives for profitable growth for the entire zone Strategic Sales Management

- To develop and implement robust sales strategy for the region and execute it. Responsibility for volume forecasting, business presentations to team members, execution of operating plans, receivables, trade policies etc Channel Development

- Propose business recommendations to the management team for support of market activities and dispense new initiatives for channel development Coordinate with the Marketing Team for efficient execution of intended plans and strategies for the zone/region Leveraging cross functional teams comprising of Manufacturing & Accounts for achieving zonal targets. Pricing Strategy

- Understanding of managing pricing strategy and improving ways/ means of profitability. Distribution Management

- Liaison with bottlers/bonders/distributors/corporation and attain the sales plan for the month/year for the given geographies/states/regions. Develop new distributors and enhance volume and market share achievement.

The Successful Candidate - Graduate + MBA from premier Institutes.

- 15 + years relevant experience with 3 years of heading the Sales of Cluster/ Multiple States/ Region in a challenging environment

- must have experience of turning around the market into profitable growth opportunity.
