ROLE OBJECTIVE - To maintain and grow the business with Key Accounts in West & Central India area with existing and potential customers for the Seasonings and flavors businesses.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
a) Financial Responsibility :
- To maximize sales from current and potential customers
- To be responsible for new product development by pitching for them to the current accounts and client pool.
- To develop sales strategies to meet business needs
- To participate for Product allocation in concerned geographic areas
- To identify business opportunities in concerned geographic areas
- To keep key watch on developments in market, to incubate ideas for new products
b) Customer Responsibility (Internal and External) :
- To be in touch with customers for on-going projects
- To build brand among the current accounts and client pools
- To build and maintain healthy relations with teams at customer's end through out sales cycle
c) Internal Business Process Goals:
- To be responsible for collection of dues and C-Form
- To help and support internal teams with issues they face and also to groom and provide them with required training.
- To develop and maintain prospects and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM.
- To resolve issues for distributors and sales staffs
