Responsibilities:
- Implementation of training plan
- Conduct Knowledge & Skill training for Group Business channel which includes launch training, ongoing training, new employee training and SP training etc.
- Tracking business performance in the channel & through training and development, identify productivity limiting gaps and support corrective action.
- Ensuring traction of data on performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendar etc. timely and effectively.
- Imparting additional on-the-job help and support to generate business through making pitch presentations and meeting individual customers etc.
- Managing costs to be within budget; effective and efficient utilization of all resources
- Organising and Presenting in internal and external seminars/ corporate presentations.
- Initiating and running projects on impacting key business levers & enablers, challenges.
- Responsible for end-to-end new product launches
Requirements:
- Should have experience in Sales/Product training of at least 5 years
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be Customer & Business orientation
- Expertise in Content Development, facilitating trainings
- Should be ready to stand-in for other team members in case of a need.
