Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the zone to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Management:
- Set sales targets for the zone and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the broking channel.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Distribution Channel Management:
- Manage relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and other distribution partners.
- Develop and expand the broker network within the zone.
- Implement effective distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure the team's success.
