Reporting to Division Head & leading a large team; shall be responsible for
- Leading the delivery of annual operating plan for the zone.
- Creating e & executing growth plans through systematic planning & organising range area sales growth plan
- Managing accurate stock planning & logistics (Launch Estimates) and sales forecast at monthly level
- Leading the Channel strategy and infrastructure development agenda for his/her zone
- Developing strong win-win relationships with the channel partners in the market
- Identifying & attracting the best talent from diverse sources.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from a reputed institute(11-13 Batch) with exp in Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Sales Development of which at least 4-5 years should be in FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of S&D systems & processes in both Urban & Rural exposure to upcountry markets would be a good advantage.
