Zonal Head - Sales - Bank

Client is a well known pvt sector bank and is ranked among its peers.

To expand its Education & Healthcare client coverage; it is scouting for a Regional Head - West, to be based in Mumbai..

Role Specifications:

- Expand clientale within Healthcare & Education sectors for Western India.

- Shall be responsible for first level of credit proposals for Healthcare & Education sector clients.

- Active networking within the stakeholders in these sectors and generating new business opportunities

- Responsible for operational aspects of the business viz MIS reports, Compliance, Audit, HR related issues.

- Liaising with Senior Management & Cross-functional Heads on various aspects.

- Responsible for topline and bottom line growth of the business.

- Effectively lead the team including handling motivational & performance issues

Candidate specs:

- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management, preferably in the Education and Healthcare industries with a Bank or big name NBFC.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Result-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving targets

- Knowledge of market trends and industry insights in the Education and Healthcare sectors

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
