- Directing & administering the retail sales business in the designated zone & devising strategies to achieve the profitability, growth, customer satisfaction and team building objectives of the organization.
- The product portfolio includes broking, mutual funds, PMS and other structured products and third party products like Loans, health insurance, Life insurance & bonds.
- Zone Profitability - Strategic Planning & Budgeting - Sales Plan Target Vs Achievement
- To deliver Zone's Profitability as Targeted
- To be the Primary owner of the company's Sales & Revenue Budgets & Target Achievement
- To build the Key Markets Expansion Plan and Initiate Business development
- To increase the Market shares in the given Zone and also see to it that these activities results in acquiring new clients.
Customer Management & Engagement :
- To keep active engagement with all top large customers of their respective zone.
- Timely meeting these clients and resolving their queries on time.
- To meet In-person and keep the high volume and revenue clients engaged by enabling them with smooth and seamless trading and service experience.
- To timely cross check if any unauthorized trades have taken places in any of the customers.
- To ensure adherence of compliance and Deal desk process in the Zone is of high importance
Online Transition / Dealer Productivity :
- Ensuring Sales Culture within the teams.
- Joint meetings with their large clients.
- Training and development of the Dealers also create a huge impact of dealer productivity.
- Online Transition of Small Investor and acquisition of Large Online traders directly impact the productivity.
Temp Funding :
- To ensure, every branch has minimum of 2.5cr of funding.
- Acquisition Large Leverage (funding) clients helps to Improve Zone's Profitability with high Interest Income. High funding also helps the Zone with stable Cash Equity volume which gives more delivery based revenue and helps Zone and Branch Profitability
