Zonal Head/Regional Head - Wealth Management - PCG/HNI/UHNI - Private Banking

1) It's a role of Team Management.

2) Should have a team of atleast 6 Relational Managers with an AUM of at least Rs. 75 Cr per RM.

3) Candidate having own set of Client relationships & Asset Under Management (AUM) would be preferred.

4) (S)he would be responsible for acquiring & managing HNI / UHNI relationships.

5) Recruitment and managing a team of Wealth Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers.

6) The Wealth Relationship Manager will be Responsible for acquiring Privileged / Preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI - min AUM of Rs. 2 Cr & above per client).

7) Recruiting, training, and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team.

8) Focus Products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured & Debt Products.
