We have an urgent requirement for Zonal Head position for one of our real estate client for Delhi location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Efficient Sales Process Management to ensure achievement of business targets and implementation of the Sales Strategy to address Sales coverage of the territory.
- Instrumental at managing overall profitability of sales and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of resources to achieve organizational objectives.
- Review performance of the team & monitor each Sales persons daily performance to make sure that the progress is aligned to the monthly plans.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure successful and smooth delivery of the Post-Sales Services to the customer. Would be required to assist the team in closing the customer issues if any.
- Work with HR to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive
- Monitor regular adherence to company policies and procedures.
- A successful track record for sales delivery in line with budgets.
- A hands-on style and proven experience of managing and motivating a Sales team.
- In-depth understanding of Sales processes and systems to support successful delivery.
