South Zonal Head - Project Sales Management - Building Material Industry
- Projects / Key Account Management.
- Heading Project & Institutional Business for South Zone Areas with a large team size. Responsible for Monitoring Project Sales, Gross Profit Margin, After Sales Service and identifying new potential avenues for Growth end to end .
- Improving market share in Key verticals like New Builders, Existing Builders , Repainting of all Residential Complex , Commercial Property & Government Bodies. Responsible for managing e- tendering and negotiations in govt bodies.
- Responsible for adding market share / endorsement for project with Architects , Contractors & Mega dealers.
- Managing a large team.
- Reporting to Head Project Sales.
Candidate requirement :
- MBA - Full Time
- Candidate should have a strong exposure in South Market - Minimum 2 states is mandatory in Project Sales.
- From Any building material industry.
