Zonal Head: West & South: Personal loan & Credit card
- Hiring for a fast growing FinTech having a digital distribution platform for Personal Finance Products.
- We are looking for dynamics leaders who are target oriented and can build a strong retail lending business of Credit Cards and Personal Loans by on boarding and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners.
- Having 12+ years of experience in same domain along with strong connect with DSA channel partners.
- Recruit and Lead a team of Sr. Executives, Asst. Managers and Managers, Regional sales Manager, to help them achieve targets as provided by the organization from time to time.
- To plan, build and execute most cost effective & scalable channel and digital customer acquisition strategy for the credit card business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- To design, deliver and lead disruptive capabilities that would result in low COA and pan India scale.
- Develop and execute robust Credit cards selling capability that would deliver outcomes in line with business operating plans. Operate within the provided P&L to ensure channel profitability.
- Ensure that employee and channel attrition and activation are in line with defined business operating plans.
- Partner with Product, IT & Operations in planning and executing the overall customer acquisition plan.
- Lead responsibility for the performance, motivation and development of the overall customer acquisition team.
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Study competitor activities & formulate strategies to adapt to the best practices
- Working closely with different internal and bank Teams to ensure seamless movement of applications
- Regular monitoring and feedback to control performance level
Required Candidate profile:
- Understanding of Personal loans and Credit card
- Having 12+ years of experience in same domain along with strong connect with DSA channel partners having experience DSA Channel
- Banking / NBFC are preferred
- Direct experience of handling for Personal Loans in a leading Bank / NBFC
- Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications: Management Graduate
Experience: Minimum 12 to 20 years of experience in Credit Cards & Loans domain
