The Role
1. End-to-End ownership of operations of the Complete Zone. Hire, monitor and manage a team of Sales and Operations Leaders of the Cities within their Respective Zone
2. Responsible for Driving synergies between Sales and Operations. One team One Voice
3. Owning and delivering targets for key operating metrics- Efficiency, Productivity, fulfillment %
4. Point of contact between the ground operations team and the central team. He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground
5. Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence
6. Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
7. Knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis in a dynamic environment
