Requirement - Zonal head [3 positions]

Location - mumbai, delhi, kolkata

Position : Zonal Head

Education:

- MBA in Sales and Marketing

Or

- Any Science and Technical Graduate with PG Diploma in Sales or Marketing or Retail management.

Experience : 10 - 12 years

Industry Preferred : Retail IT, Software Product, Software Solutions ,ERP

Skills Require :

- Must have experience in selling IT related products, Software products, Retail IT Hardware products

- Should have handled channel partners for multiple regions.

- Exceptional skills in managing relationships, influencing and negotiating with senior level executives in client organizations and internally.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner

- Experience in two states

Job Responsibilities:

- Establish/maintain strong relationships with Senior level Executives in client organizations

- Identify, evaluate, qualify and appoint channel partners

- Responsible for sales through direct sales team and channel partners

- Responsible for alliance and business through OEMs, technology, integration and other partners

- Training of channel partner Team

- Lead generation and management

- On-Line demo

- Proposal, agreement preparation and engagement

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product and product support teams to meet specific partner requirements

- Support marketing promotion

- Competition and market update

- Channel Partner / Customer relationship management

- Also should posses the ability to achieve growth by partnering with other technology vendors
