- Track and analyze business performance metrics such as GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), active merchants, transactions, etc.

- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in day-to-day execution.

- Resolve escalations and ensure service quality at ground level.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work cross-functionally with central teams like marketing, analytics, product, and support to align on business goals.

- Represent zone-level insights and challenges to the senior leadership.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
