Zonal Head - Human Resources - NBFC

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Zonal Head HR for a fast-growing NBFC. The role will be based in Chennai and report to the Head HR of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.

- Nurture a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.

- Implement appraisal systems, enhance engagement.

- Develop HR policies ensuring legal compliance.

- Identify training needs, foster a learning culture.

Qualification:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- 8+ years of experience in working in BFSI industry.
