Zonal Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing - South Region

A large manufacturing company is looking for a Zonal Head HR - South.

The position is based out of Bangalore and will be heading the HR function for the marketing offices in the south zone.

- The job involves driving the Human Resource agenda by partnering with business and facilitating the HR practices ensuring productivity. The functions would include talent acquisition, performance management and managerial capability building.

- The person will also be responsible for identifying training needs, driving various learning & development initiatives and influencing managers in the coaching process.

- Driving employee engagement activities in line with the corporate office initiatives for the south zone. Ensuring a cost effective approach and at the same time have a engaged workforce.

- The profile involves driving the HR functions, practices & people strategies in line with the business strategies of the group as a whole for the south region. This is a team handling role wherein the Regional HR Managers of the offices in south would report into this position.

- MBA in Human Resources with an experience of 14 to 20 years. A few years of experience of working in a manufacturing company is a must. At least 3 or more years in being in a regional HR role or similar team/ business unit/location handling role is desired.
