Client is a life insurer in India with presence across third party and propritary distribution.
Description:
- To ensure staffing as per business requirements through quality sourcing and replacement cost management
- To implement retention actions based on insights across zone / channel
- To ensure quick redressal of employee grievances, concerns and queries
- To design and implement actions based on various VOE formats to improve employee engagement
- To implement actions / initiatives to support dissemination of values, culture, employee policies / benefits
- To drive adoption of various HR processes across the geography for ease of working
Profile:
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR Experience
- 12 - 16 years of experience Functional Competencies
