Salary : upto 30 Lakhs per annum
MANDATORY :
(a) Experience in technology selling, preferably of Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) / IoT Solutions/ Products
(b) ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Preferred Companies : Any IT/Telecom company, MapMyIndia, Trimble, Arya Omnitalk, Techno Purple, Zoho, Tally, Survey monkey etc.
Role :
(1) Managing team of Customer Account Managers - ICS in the allocated territory. This team is responsible for acquisition of new ICS Business
(2) He/she will be responsible for delivering the targeted SALES numbers of the team.
(3) Engage with Cross Functional Teams to resolve issues, if any. Will be responsible for ensuring capacity utilization by coordinating with Marketing, Demand generation and service delivery.
Qualifications : MBA
Total Experience : 14-18 Years. 4-6 years of experience in handling Team Lead Role WITH ON ROLL team members
Other Requirements :
(1) Experience in Selling ICS products IS A MUST. Should have experience in dealing with IOT, Security, Cloud etc. products/services.
(2) Certification in ICS products/services will be an added advantage.
(3) Account Management experience is A MUST
(4) Should have managed in teams in other/remote location
(5) Must have considerable Business, Market & Network/Technology Knowledge.
(6) Strategic Capability in areas of Market/Network planning and capacity creation
(7) Must be well versed with virtual meeting. Should be able to conduct reviews, sales meeting, customer meeting - Over Video/Web-conferencing and other means of digital tools.
(8) Understanding of tracking solution, migration steps of data center/cloud, Various of APIs as reference to SaS/ Basics of security threats and Mitigation/ Segment based understanding of off premium migration and services.
