- Spare Parts Management
- Network Expansion and development and Channel level launch preparedness
- Channel Manpower Availability and development
- Workshop management and revenue generation
- Field Implementation of new initiatives
- Warranty & FSC redemption Management and Service Promotional Activities
- Parts Target (Revenue) achievement; FSC redemption target: Increase in post warranty/ paid service share at workshops
