Key responsibilities will include :

- Managing the Credit processing, ensuring quality decision making, documentation and maintain credit standards. Facilitated in setting new credit hubs in the region.

- Monitor productivity, reduce TAT all stages. Regular interaction with the FI agency, Legal, Technical team, Risk Intelligence and Fraud Control team for timely reports.

- Regular interaction with collections and Policy team provide suggestion on market happenings

- Business Supportive: Constantly visiting various Channel Partners, branches and look out for areas to improve business.
