Position - Zone Head - Broking Business
Department : Corporate Agency and Broking
Function : Corporate Agency and Broking
Reporting to : National Head - Broking Business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Will be responsible for managing broking partners mapped in the zone.
- Create and maintain engagement with state heads and other key broking offices / Management
- Lead a team of state heads and monitor their input/output activity and ensure lead generation through various sources
- Increasing insurance awareness and product penetration among mapped sub-brokers/RM.
- Increasing insurance penetration among broking staff members.
- Suggest sizzlers and R&R platforms for broking employees who provide prospect leads
- Suggest product synergies and capture partner's various customer touch-points for insurance sales opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely competitor updates/best practices.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing
- 12-14 yrs of overall exp. in sales with a minimum of 8-9 years combined work experience in the fields of Life insurance sales management, Broking / Banca Sales Channel Management and/or DSA relationships.
