Zonal Head - Co-Living Startup - South

Our client is a first mover & market leader in fully managed co-living spaces. It is founded by alumni of IIT, AIIMS, ISB & IIM and funded by a Tier-I VC firms. With a highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative team of over 150 people, the company has grown by leaps and bounds (over 200% YOY!) within a short span of time and is present across Bangalore, Pune, Kota, Chennai & Delhi/NCR.

They are currently looking for a Zonal Head - South who will be a key force to take the organizational growth to the next orbit.

The incumbent is expected to

- Oversee business for the North Zone

- be responsible for Zonal P&L - Revenue Generation, Control Costs, High Customer Satisfaction

- understand business in entirety and align Sales, Finance & Operations

- carry a mix of Consulting, Project Management, Business Development & Operations background

- be highly process oriented/have successfully built & operationalized SOPS

- promote data based decision making
