Zonal head- Client Relationship Management
Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a high-performing CRM team across Pan India, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving team goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target and acquire new HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.
- Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial aspirations and needs.
- Partner with the product sourcing team to create personalized investment portfolios for clients, focusing on alternate investment opportunities.
- Proactively educate and advise clients on potential risks and market trends, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Manage and analyze client portfolios, recommending adjustments based on market conditions and client goals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and new developments in the alternate investment industry.
Qualifications :
- Post-graduate degree with 10+ years of experience in sales to HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning and investment services, particularly related to alternate investments.
- Experience leading and motivating a sales team.
- Familiarity with the Indian market, particularly Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Goa.
- Prior experience in banking, private banking, financial services, real estate, or luxury products is preferred.
