- Team Handling of ASM ,RSM

- Daily Reporting to Business head

- Handling location West India

- Set Sales targets for individual location.

- Maximize sales and profitability in the location.

- Ensure quality Consistency across the location.

- Responsible for Recruitment, Training and Conducting sales activities to track their daily performance

- Supervise the daily sales operations activities, executing and deploying the sales plans, vision and goals. Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions
