- Managing & nurturing Dealers & distribution network.
- Managing sales, collection & activities targets of brand through Zonal heads & team
- Managing top line & bottom line, in accordance with company's guidelines.
- Setting sector-wise, dealer/distributor wise and personnel-wise sales and activity targets, monitoring them and devising strategies to achieve the desired targets.
- Responsible for developing and appointing new Dealers/distributors & stockist identified by the team in his area, by discussing at length Company's
- Providing prompt and satisfactory after-sales service with the co-operation of customer care team.
- Monitoring the activities of the sales team and guiding them in achieving branch and individual goals of Sales & collection.
- Driving programs to coach, train & appraise sales team.
- Controlling credit and monitoring payments of dealers & distributors, to avoid any bad debts provisions.
- Organizing promotional activities like Architect meets, Technical meet for builders, Technical seminar for plumbers, - Techno-commercial sales programs for office staff and dealers staff moving in the market.
- Conducting periodic review meetings with team with a view to achieve the ultimate goal of maximizing sales with minimum credit flow in the market.
- Coordinating with design team for new product launches.
- Driving new product developed to all across market, with proper placement.
- Driving MDA all across like dealer/dealer staff/plumbers/contractors/builders meet, display, branding & merchandising.
