This role is beyond Zonal Ops role. We are searching a candidate who has handled Zonal Branch Ops and has a National Ops mindset to have a holistic view on the overall operations of the organisation

1. Should have worked in Hub / Branch operations

2. Should have central Operations experience

3. Should have exposure in handling / working on systems and development of systems (IT)

4. Should have exposure in Policy and Processes

5. Should have overall Operational understanding
