- Handling 240 branches of BANk in Erode, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Vellore

- Handling team size of 52 members including 4 Cluster Business Managers and Front line sales team

- Responsible for Bank LI Business

- Plan the business seasonality and drive to achieve the desire results set sales goals & quotas.

- Preparing campaign to boost business.

- Plan business targets for the regions

- Giving presentations to channel partners and involving them to drive business.

- Build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories

- Mentor the members of his/her sales team and are involved in the hiring and firing process.

- Sending MIS to superiors and also analyze the MIS received from different levels for business.
