- Achieving targets of New Business and renewal Business, maintaining sales quality and managing the Bank Channel Management) effectively.
- Leading a Sales team of 45 front line, 6 first level leadership and managing more than 200 branches of Bank.
- Developing training roadmaps for team based on job-based capability requirements in-line with the organizational strategy.
- Building a Learning & Development (L&D) framework to drive performance, capability and creating a talent pipeline in the organization, implementing the company's comprehensive training plans.
- Preparing Annual Operating Plans for Zone including, Budgeting, Manpower Planning, Channel (Bank) specific Training Calendars; managing Return on Investment of training programs
- Monitoring training quality with regular audits, being present in the live sessions, feedback from participants' line managers.
- Working closely with HR for new hiring strategies based on the past experience of Training and subsequent performances.
