About our Client - Our client is a US-based multinational which is an industry leader in the segment of FMCG with a strong global presence. Strong regional growth has now resulted in a need for Zonal Head - Accounts role for the Indian operations to streamline and drive finance strategy to support their aggressive growth plans in the Indian market.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head - Accounts, your responsibilities will include :

- Sales accounting and manufacturing accounting (mainly)

- Daily/ monthly/ yearly book keeping, monthly closing of financials in an ERP format

- Preparation and analysis of MIS

- Monitoring transactions and reconciliation

- Inventory management (AR and AP) and variance analysis

- Cost optimization initiatives

- Tax and statutory audits

- Systems and financial controls

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10+ years of post qualification experience in handling finance and accounts of a company from consumer durable/ FMCG/ paints industry. You should be an expert in sales accounting and manufacturing accounting with an ability to manage teams assertively.
