Zonal Finance Head (South India) - Manufacturing Company

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and analyze the plants and zonal financial information

- Budget process for each plant and at Zone

- Monitor and follow-up on receivables, reconciliation, balance confirmation

- Legal action on overdue recoverable

- Ensuring timely compliance of statutory and legal requirements

- Co-ordination and timely completion of audits and ensuring implementation of follow up points

- Ensuring various policies and procedures defined in the SOP manuals and circulars are implemented

- Accounts Receivable Management in co-ordination with business

- Ensuring correctness of customer wise Plant Achieved Margin (PAM) and Margin on Material (MOM) and analyzing the variances

- Ensure all contracts duly vetted by legal team are in place

- Accounts payable management including Vendor reconciliation

- Bill booking on time and monitoring pending bills

- GST reconciliation and compliance

- Inventory and Fixed Asset Physical verification

- Take part in Commercial Negotiations

- Retention of key employees

- Mentoring

- Suggest ways to save cost and better manage resources

- Review and improve business processes/internal controls

Qualifications:

- CA/MBA/ICWAI with minimum 10 years of relevant experience

- Hands on experience of SAP or any other ERP

- Knowledge of IND AS & Indirect Taxes

- Customer Management

- Vendor Management
