1. Provide Seamless administration & facilities support for all the office equipment's.=Target >=80% uptime of all the facilities and equipment
2. Ensure periodic AMC and planned R&M activities for smooth functioning of branches. = Target 100% on the PPM calendar
3. (a) Scheduled branch visit & feedback from stakeholders to be recorded in Ticketing system.= Target - 100%
3. (b) Ticket closures= Target >=85% within TAT of Tickets
4. Co-ordination with CSMs/BHs/Regional Heads/Zonal Head for smooth Administrative support. State wise weekly concalls / meetings with stake holders to be conducted.=Target - 100% by 15th of every month. Minutes to be shared (By 20th of every month) to Lead - Facilties & Projects
5. CSAT - to be conduted Quarterly basis. Target >=80% participation with >80% of satisfaction level
6. CSAT survey feedback on Average to Poor parameters.=Target - 100% response within 5 days of CSAT survey and 15 days for closure.
7. Lease rent escalation and renewals = Target = to be ensured 3 months' prior to the escalation date and 6 months prior to the renewal date.
8. Cost control on over all branch expenses compared to Budget (Capex & Opex).=Target - 10% Saving
9. Responsible for supporting Central Infrastructure team towards project coordination and timely delivery of Projects. Target = On time Project Delivery with zero escalation.
