Zonal Credit Manager - Unsecured Loans - NBFC - North & East

We are hiring for a Zonal Credit Manager - Business Loans / Personal Loans for a leading NBFC.

The purpose of the job is to manage the credit risk of the Zone (North & East) and to enable business growth. Main activities would include :

- Appraisals and approval of loan proposals within agreed TAT including supervision of credit underwriters

- Building the team of Regional Credit Managers/Credit Managers and managing the risk in the Zone

- Training of credit underwriters on Policy norms and provide proper inputs to Policy team for up gradation or improvement in Policy/process

- Ability to manage team and ensure proper flow of process in the credit CPA shop

- Problem solving and ensure Customer centric approach to all issues in the CPA shop.

- Interaction with seniors for credit underwriting of files and ensure proper management of sourcing

- Overall responsible for running the CPA shop and overlooking all the activities from sourcing to disbursement/storage

- Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms

- Meeting customers to understand their needs and structure a proposal which fulfils both customer and organization policies . Setting up the processes across various credit processing hubs

- Review of delinquent cases and implementing the learning through case studies/training modules
