Job Objective
- This role would be responsible for handling the - Proposal Sanction Management Process- for Strategic business by conducting all the necessary activities to identify, assess and control Credit Risk
- Major deliverable would be to maintain a healthy portfolio for Strategic business with minimum delinquency
C. Key responsibilities Accountabilities :
Business Outcomes :
- Ensure underwriting of credit proposals for Strategic business cases as per the approved DOA, maintain TAT and quality of portfolio
- Ensure quality of appraisal for Strategic business within the set parameters of Non Starters (Early Delinquency)
- Take responsibility managing Portfolio by analysing the health of the portfolio on a regular basis on various risk parameters
- Highlight observations on the health of the portfolio with business team and develop mitigation plans to control risks
- Take responsibility for communicating the status of the proposal as per the decision taken either by self or committees on approval/rejection of the proposal based on the DOA
Risk, Process & Compliance -
- Prepare and present portfolio behaviour and progress reports to business on a an ongoing basis, highlighting key risk issues and health of portfolio
- Ensure sample quality checks of all proposals covering all level cases, products and segments to monitor the health of the portfolio and highlight to business in case of any observations
- Ensure development of systems and processes in collaboration with the IT team for TAT reduction of Strategic business credit underwriting and generation of reports for quality appraisal
People -
- Ensure establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function
- Attend all the mandatory trainings required to meet the requirements of the role Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
Minimum Requirements -
Qualification: CA/Master in Business Administration in Finance
Experience Minimum 4-8 years of total experience
Certification / Knowledge Understanding of CME Business, Commercial understanding, FRM, CFA
