Preferred Education Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA

- Leading a team of Credit Managers and spearheading the credit analysis process

- Scrutinizing various documents submitted by applicants, verifying signatures, income documents, bank statements, salary slip, repayment records etc. to ascertain their credit worthiness

- Performing critical analysis financial risks, preparing appraisal reports to support credit lending decisions

- Liaising with valuation agency, Field Investigation team and Interacting closely to obtain relevant information on time

- Employing strict procedures to effectively comply with TAT (Turn Around Time) for approval and disbursement of loan

- Monitoring the loan portfolio, preparing Continuous Surveillance Statements and Loan Review Mechanism Statement

- Consolidating MIS reports with key data such as applications under process, sanctioned, amount disbursed, collections etc. and forwarding to Head Office

- Ensuring timely submission of Monthly / Quarterly / Half-yearly returns to the Head Office

- Overseeing adherence of Operating procedures in loan processing and ensuring they are in compliance to organizational standards and RBI directives
