Zonal / National Credit Manager-Business Loans

- Maintain highest level of credit & risk standards, compliance to laid down guidelines and quality norms along with timely and accurate underwriting.

- Should have understanding of credit policy and processes as well as credit environment.

- Credit approval of transactions as per authorized limits.

- Recommends and forwards to appropriate authority in-case of higher limit, deviation, deferral.

- Market references and build good reference touch points.

- Ensure TAT is adhered for credit delivery.

- Co-ordination with business teams for reducing TAT and improving approval ratio.

- Review portfolio every month and manage credit quality and control delinquencies basis control on bounce rate, early delinquency and skip tracing.

- Support the Risk and Policy team for framing policies.

- Aware of industry trends, key factors impacting industry, performance of trade in local market and other regulatory impact.

- Managing the credit team. Work with both Credit and sales team to bring quality portfolio for the unsecured business
