Zonal Credit Manager- Working Capital - SEB ( up to 100 Cr. Turnover range)
- Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the division's objectives.
- Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division by providing inputs on own department's workforce forecasts.
- Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement
- Leading the team of credit managers to ensure execution of key responsibilities
- Appraises /recommends/ approves proposals as per the delegation of authority.
- Ensures adherence to established guidelines and conducts periodic audits to ensure adherence and maintenance of highest quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance.
- Communicates on an ongoing basis with product partner and other Relationship Management group to ensure understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Reviews delinquent cases and documents learning's / portfolio reviews for risk management
- Conducts process audits and records delinquencies
- Recommends changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.
- Implements system integration plans and monitors NPA and keep a track of it.
- Ensures filed visit is done and customer visits are being done for PD.
- Manages Overall PDD.
- Develops a continuous talent pipeline for key roles in the department and provides mentoring for high potential talent in the team.
- Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the department.
- Develops talent within the department by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.
- Identification of process and policy gaps and potential risk arising out of it
- Suggesting internal control measures and ensure implementation to address such gaps
Essential Skills :
- CA/MBA Finance with min 15 years of post-qualification experience in SME Working Capital Underwriting
- Team Handling Experience of 8-10 years
- Sound knowledge of the geographical market
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholder with solution centric approach
