Job Description :

- To effectively Manage verification Process

- 99% accuracy by constant training, monitoring and control of verification agency which improves collections % month on month

- Manage verification TAT - 85% cases attempted within 24 hrs and 100% within 48hrs

- To Control FBD and straight flow thru proper categorization and fraud management.

- Inter departmental coordination / process improvement and operational issues.

- Email Id to be captured monthly during verification to reduce bill printing & delivery cost.

- To Monitor rejects channel wise thru proper audit on negatively verified cases, emphasis given on fraud detection.

- Strong De dupe process which augments collections and reduces bad debt month on month.

Visit sample positive, reject cases to ascertain the accuracy of the process. Also mandatory visit the Corp Cases - 20 Nos.

- To upsell Data-Packs during Verification and welcome Visit by means of focused training to Verifiers and allocation to Agencies with / without handset details. This will help in increased Data penetration and higher revenue. Achieve monthly targets of Data upsell, Go Green, ECS/SI

- Monitor First Bill return cases as done by the zonal Verification and take corrective action.

- Field visits on BNR cases and liason with Circle and Zonal Bill distribution Agency.
